We are a young research group with the strong support of our Mentors and Partners. The group works in the Institute of Turbomachinery at the Łódź University of Technology.
TEAM
We are a young and enthusiastic group of researchers with strong support of experienced mentors.
FLEXIBILITY
Our team is flexible and open to new projects and case studies - our designs and safety systems can be suited to particular needs.
EXPERIENCE
We have broad experience from various fields including: turbomachinery design, signal monitoring, control systems, AI.

Our mission is to deliver safe compressor designs and monitoring systems that are flexible, reliable, and can be easily implemented to compressing systems across sectors. We bring classic industrial designs to the world of Industry 4.0.
DP 1.12
Centrifugal blower for general use. We use this machine to explore mechanisms associated with the deep surge and local flow instabilities.
VRK-3
Industrial centrifugal compressor with a control unit that allows for rapid prototyping of safety & monitoring systems.
DGFG
The Test stand designed especially to analyze the flow instabilities appearing in the vaneless diffuser (Vaneless Diffuser Rotating Stall).

Our R&D experience makes us a solid partner in various kinds of R&D tasks involving fluid mechanics and turbomachinery. Apart from experimental studies, we can deliver analytical and numerical analyses.
ANALYTICAL MODELS
We are developing codes for analytical compressor design & optimization, as well as the unstable flow structures appearing in the flow systems.
NON-LINEAR SIGNAL ANALYSIS
The use of advanced non-linear signal methods (including PCA, EMD, phase portraits) allows us to extract features and easily distinguish unwanted flow phenomena in real-time monitoring systems.
NUMERICAL SIMULATIONS
With an advanced CFD toolbox (Computational Fluid Dynamics), we are able to simulate various fluid flows in turbomachinery, flow machinery, and beyond.
